Dispatch Time is the duration in working days that your order will take to leave us, so don't forget to add on the transport time. For Example, If you place an order on Monday morning, we will try to pack and dispatch your order within 2 days. Then your order may take a further 2 - 3 days to get you which will be either Friday or Saturday, But we do ask you allow 14 days for item to reach you, please see delivery below. So please bear this in mind when ordering. If you need it quick just call us with the Stock Code or Ref Number and we will quote you a delivery charge.
Most of our delivery's are sent direct from the manufactures warehouse, but we do hold stock of smaller hand tools such as Knipex°. Delivery covers UK Mainland only, via independent couriers. Outside these zones will attract a £9.75 surcharge. If your delivery address is for example Ireland, then we will contact you after your order is placed and a request for the delivery charge will be made, so please bear this in mind. We aim to get products to you within 3 to 5 working days, But stock quantities do very on a day to day basis so we will ask you to please allow 14 days for delivery in case the products are out of stock. This is why we will ask you to leave a contact phone number in the checkout section. You do not need to leave a number if you do not want to, but will help if the items you have ordered are out of stock of for a similar reason.

Deliveries must be signed for by someone aged 18 years or over. If no one is available to receive your order at the time of delivery, the delivery driver will leave notification of the attempted delivery and return the goods to the depot from where you will be responsible for arranging collection.
Delivery will only be made to the delivery address specified at the time the order is placed. If in the unlikely event that you are missing items from your order, you must notify us by phone within 48 hours of receiving your goods, with the exact part number or stock code which is supplied within the instruction manuals or on a separate piece of paper included in your order.
